If you participate in a corporate FSA or HSA that requires a receipt of services rendered for your Bodywork or Acupuncture treatment, please ask your therapist to provide one! Bodywork Revolution will gladly furnish you with an itemized receipt documenting your Bodywork and / or Acupuncture treatment with us specifically for use with your FSA / HSA plan.

Please note that we do not accept insurance for any services provided at Bodywork Revolution.
Our therapists are not credentialed with any insurance companies, and as such, we do not provide any kind of insurance-related billing services.
